Pro Nature 100% Organic Brown Sugar is produced by adding 100% Organic Sugarcane molasses to white sugar crystals to more carefully control the ratio of molasses to sugar crystals. Our brown sugar is made without the use of sulphur and artificial colourings. Because of its molasses content, brown sugar does contain minerals, most notably calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium and is not just empty calories compared to white sugar. Brown sugar has a unique caramel-like taste and can be used a s a replacement to white sugar in your daily meals, drinks or while baking. Our Brown Sugar loses colour ! Do not worry !
